Comfort Inn Lehigh Valley West - Fogelsville

My dog and I truly enjoyed being there. The quadruple room with 2 queen beds, facilities worked for me. The helpful and attentive staff made a good impression. All in all a very very good stay, the venue met needs well.

Some people working there were not professional.

Overall it was large and nicely furnished with jacuzzi available.

We find it good value in Fogelsville. Accommodation was recently renovated and immaculately clean, rooms where reasonably large. The room with 2 queen beds. The breakfast was great value for money, the check in was easy.

The beds were comfortable and it was a convenient location for my travels.

The shower curtain had dry blood stains on it. There was no filter holder for the coffee pot so I wasn't able to make coffee before we left. We had to get on the road at 4:30 am to travel to CHOP for an early appointment .

Need another desk and a second relaxing chair like we had the night before at a best western

Poor water temp. Took forever to get hot water.Commode to low to the floor; poor location of toilet paper roll. Property could use major refurbish. Prefer Hampton Inns over this franchise.

The cleanliness of the room and carpet stood out. The bathroom setup was organized well with nice consumables.

I noticed some minor wear in areas that could use touch-up.

Convience of How close it was to Dorney Park

I didn't like the fact that I ordered 2 double rooms with 2 queen beds and I was under the impression it was a joined room. Then when I checked in I got 2 completely separate rooms and had to separate my family of 7 in these 2 rooms.

It felt like a home environment. Liked that there was older people not the craziness of young people. It was family oriented.

The fitness room was small but it was ok becaus I was able to accomplish what I wanted like walk on the treadmill wish the TV was not set to the syfy channel only.

Very clean property with a good area for pets. Area felt very safe with good restaurants to choose from. It was a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Road coming in was one way, hard to get to restaurants in the other direction...confusing. Also, $25. for a pet fee? Really? We stayed in other places just as nice that had NO pet fee.

I visited recently and appreciated the variety at breakfast. The blueberry waffle mix was a nice surprise for me. The staff were friendly. I found the location accessible to restaurants. I felt welcomed .

Housekeeping was not thorough, and I noticed some upkeep issues in the room. The fitness equipment was mostly out of order, disappointing.

Needs updating. Stink bug in room and room was not cleaned well.

right off major highways everything was very clean good heating unit plenty of towels comfortable bed and bedding spacious room front desk was very helpful re: restaurants breakfast/breakfast area clean and good

furniture is a little beat up could use a better mattress windows don't open
